Private Client Solicitor wanted to join our team in Chichester, West Sussex. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of PQE experience and a strong passion for Private Client practice.

We offer a range of Private Client work including preparation of Wills, estate administration, and Trusts. You will have well-developed interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Our client is a boutique regional practice looking for an exceptional lawyer to join their Private Client team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing Wills, including IPDI, Vulnerable Persons, and Discretionary Will Trusts, as well as general estate administration.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of succession planning, IHT, CGT, and the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney and the registration of LPAs and Enduring Powers of Attorney. A passion for developing strong client relationships with ordinary people who are looking to you for help and guidance is essential.

Job Tenure: Permanent and Full-Time
Salary: £42,000 - £43,000 per annum
