Nursery Third in Charge Job Description

This role is responsible for supporting the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager in the smooth operation of the nursery. The successful candidate will have a level 3 qualification or above and experience in a similar role or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise staff and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Maintain high-quality care for children
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve child outcomes
  • Foster positive relationships with parents and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification or above in correlation to government guidelines
  • Experience in a similar role or related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Salary: £12.40 per hour (estimated based on location)

Work Arrangements:

  • 40 hours per week
