Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Off Plan Conveyancer to join our client's team in Liverpool.

As an Off Plan Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing the entire transaction process from start to finish.

This includes liaising with clients, solicitors, and lenders, as well as drafting and reviewing contracts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of property law, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

We anticipate the salary for this position to be around £49,000 per year.
