Reinsurance Wording Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Reinsurance Wording Technician II to join our team at Aon. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in drafting and reviewing reinsurance contracts, ensuring accuracy and consistency in our documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Draft and Review Reinsurance Contracts: Utilize your expertise to create and review reinsurance contracts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Assist Brokers and Clients: Collaborate with brokers and clients to resolve issues related to contract wording, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Document and Review London Market Contracts: Draft, review, and endorse documentation for the London Market, ensuring accuracy and consistency in our contracts.
- Review Contract Documents: Thoroughly review contract documents for completeness, accuracy, and consistency, ensuring that all necessary information is included.
- Coordinate with Broker Colleagues: Work closely with broker colleagues to review reinsurance contract terms, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed.
- Maintain Library of Clauses: Contribute to the maintenance of our library of clauses, ensuring that our documentation is up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.
- Monitor Industry Trends and Regulatory Guidelines: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory guidelines, and judicial decrees affecting reinsurance contracts, ensuring that our documentation remains compliant and accurate.
- Ensure Quality and Compliance: Ensure that general processing and quality of assigned accounts comply with team guidelines, maintaining the highest level of quality and accuracy in our documentation.
- Participate in Marketing Presentations: Participate in marketing presentations to prospective and existing clients, showcasing our expertise and services.
- Gain Industry Knowledge: Participate in industry training and mentoring programs, expanding your knowledge and expertise in the field of reinsurance.
