About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and caring Teaching Assistant to join our team in a support role. As a key member of our support staff, you will work closely with teachers to provide a safe and nurturing learning environment for our students.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting teachers with lesson planning and delivery.
- Providing individualized support to students who require additional assistance.
- Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Supervising students during breaks and lunchtimes.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of educational programs.
