We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Planning Professional to join our team at Cairngorms National Park Authority. As a Graduate Planning Professional, you will play a key role in supporting the development of our planning service, working closely with our planning team to ensure the delivery of high-quality planning applications and reports.

The successful candidate will have a recognized degree in Town Planning or a closely related subject area and be eligible for Licentiate Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute. You will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to accurately interpret and analyze maps and data using geographical information systems.

As a Graduate Planning Professional, you will be responsible for reviewing and assessing planning applications, preparing and presenting reports to our Planning Committee, and undertaking general planning-related casework and queries. You will also assist with monitoring and enforcement, working closely with our planning team to ensure the effective delivery of our planning service.
