We are seeking a skilled Product Innovation Specialist to join our Agriculture division, driving the development of market-leading insurance products for the agri and rural sectors.

In this exciting opportunity, you will leverage your expertise to deliver high-performing customer-focused products through continuous product review and analysis, identification of product opportunities, management of product vision and strategy, and implementation of product change programmes.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Create and improve existing Geo Agriculture products to market leading status
  • Analyse product performance data
  • Provide data analysis as required by the technical team to review and model BAU performance
  • Conduct market and competitor research, identifying challenges and making recommendations for improvements
  • Undertake a continuous review of existing products, identifying potential problems, and making recommendations
  • Identify customer needs and deliver better outcomes for customers
Requirements
  • Product Development experience, ideally in Agricultural Insurance, Commercial Combined products as a minimum
  • Advanced understanding of technical product performance management
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of underwriting, systems, coverage, distribution channels, compliance, regulatory environment, and insurance financials
