**Job Overview:**

Norfolk County Council is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Part-Time Online Educator to join our team of educators in the busy Foundation Learning Skills curriculum. The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching English as a second language and be committed to delivering high-quality ESOL classes to learners in Norfolk.

About the Role:

  • This part-time opportunity involves providing inspirational teaching to learners in a virtual setting, working closely with the Foundation Learning Skills curriculum team.
  • The ideal candidate will be dedicated to improving life outcomes for post-19 learners and deliver English as a second language online.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality ESOL classes to both Norfolk residents and new arrivals.
  • Work closely with the Foundation Learning Skills curriculum team to develop and implement engaging lesson plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback.

Requirements:

  • A minimum CELTA or TESOL qualification with English and maths qualifications at Level 2.
  • Excellent ICT skills, including Excel, Word, Microsoft Teams, and web-based learning programmes.
  • Awareness of data protection, safeguarding, Prevent, and information management.
