Job Summary

We're seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager Apprentice. This is an exciting opportunity to launch your career in the hospitality industry and develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Work collaboratively with our back-of-house team to deliver seamless service and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Take ownership of restaurant operations, including setting up for service, managing orders, and handling customer queries and complaints.
  • Develop and maintain strong menu knowledge, making recommendations and upselling to enhance the customer experience.
