Learning Support Associate

We are recruiting for a Learning Support Associate to work at our SEN College in Bournemouth. The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a school support position, ideally with pupils with SEN, and be comfortable supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis.
Many of the learners we support display challenging behaviour and may also suffer from mental health conditions that impact their ability to achieve their potential. Our ideal candidate will be calm, empathetic, and encouraging, with a strong focus on supporting learners to reach their goals.
This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent position available immediately. The salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, reflecting the college's commitment to providing excellent support for its staff.
