About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Sustainable Design Consultant to join our team at Perpetual Engineering. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our sustainability efforts and providing expert advice to clients across various sectors, including property, education, defence, and government services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sustainable design strategies for clients
  • Conduct site assessments and provide recommendations for energy efficiency and sustainability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into project design and delivery
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on sustainable design practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sustainable design

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sustainable design and LEED certification
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
