Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Companion and Caregiver to join our team at Home Instead Senior Care. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality, person-centred care to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing and dressing
  • Accompanying clients on outings and activities
  • Communicating effectively with clients and their loved ones

Requirements:

  • Full driver's licence and dependable transportation
  • Prior experience in care work, preferably in a domiciliary setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to maintaining client confidentiality

Estimated Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Location: Ashbourne. We offer flexible working hours, including 3 days a week, plus holiday and sickness cover.
