About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Domestic Assistant to join our team at Choice Care. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our homes.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all areas of the home are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

You will work closely with our management team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to maintain the high standards of our homes. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in this role, as will your excellent communication skills and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the home
  • Cleaning and managing work surfaces and floor areas
  • Identifying future regular cleaning and maintenance needs
  • Operating within all Company policies and procedures
