We are excited to offer a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an SEN Support Worker at one of our partner schools in Coventry. The successful candidate will provide vital support to students with Special Educational Needs, helping them access all learning activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare engaging learning materials and run classroom activities to support student development.
  • Take responsibility for the emotional and physical needs of students, promoting their individual growth and engagement.
  • Work under the direction of class teachers to ensure students have maximum access to learning opportunities, both individually and in small groups.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable, responsive, and caring, with a passion for supporting young people. Experience is not essential, but a driven and ambitious individual who is eager to develop their skills and qualifications is highly desirable.

As an SEN Support Worker at this school, you will be part of a collaborative team that values great teamwork and mutual support. You will have opportunities to participate in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to enhance your skills and contribute to the educational community.

Estimated Salary: £85,000 - £100,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
