Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Forklift Engineering Apprentice to join our team at Cumbernauld – Northern Forklifts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our workshop operations and gaining hands-on experience in forklift engineering.

About the Role

This is a 4-year apprenticeship program that offers a unique opportunity to learn from industry experts while working on real-world projects. You will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in forklift engineering, including fault diagnosis, repair, and maintenance. Throughout your journey, you will receive ongoing training and support to ensure your success.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily workshop operations, including routine maintenance and repairs
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, with a starting salary of £15,700 in Year 1, increasing to £25,000 in Year 4 (subject to satisfactory performance). You will also benefit from:
