Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Primary Education Specialist to join our team at an esteemed school in Oxford. This maternity cover role requires a dedicated and experienced educator who can deliver high-quality instruction and support the emotional well-being of students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of the class
  • Maintain a well-organized and tidy classroom environment that promotes student learning
  • Collaborate effectively with other staff members to ensure seamless academic and extracurricular programs
  • Monitor, assess, and report on student progress to inform instructional decisions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
  • Excellent classroom management and behavior skills
  • The ability to work effectively with children with special educational needs (SEND)
  • Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) and recent experience teaching in a primary school setting
