Job Title: Door Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Door Supervisor to join our team at Pace Security Services Ltd. As a Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a visible deterrent to anti-social behavior in the area.
  2. Remain vigilant at all times and be prepared to respond to any situation that may arise.
  3. Provide friendly, helpful, and welcoming service to visitors.
  4. Liaise with clients and other stakeholders regarding issues in and around the site.
  5. Liaise with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Hold a valid SIA Door Supervisors license.
  2. Have a minimum of 5 years' experience working in security, preferably in bars, pubs, and clubs.
  3. CCTV license is desirable but not mandatory.
  4. Have experience working in the night-time economy.
  5. Strong verbal and written English skills.
  6. Excellent customer service skills.
  7. Ability to think on your feet and act quickly in difficult situations.
  8. Be physically fit, as the role requires a lot of walking and standing.
