We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at Vets for Pets. Our practice is a well-established, independent veterinary practice in the heart of Nottingham, dedicated to providing exceptional care to pets and outstanding service to their owners.

You would be joining our fantastic, friendly, and welcoming team to make 3 Vets, 5 Nurses (3 RVN, 2 SVN), Reception team, and Practice Manager. Our practice has state-of-the-art equipment, including digital standard and dental x-ray, ultrasound, ECG, ultrasonic dental, blood pressure monitoring, suction, cautery, class 4 laser therapy, and infusion pumps. We have a full in-house lab with purpose-built air-conditioned premises.

We are a friendly team with a close-knit feel and participate in regular team social events. We are happy to consider both full and part-time applicants and are flexible to support you.

We need somebody that can work 1:3 Saturday mornings (rota basis). An orthopaedic speciality/bias would be a desirable advantage. You should be competent in small animal consulting, medicine, and surgery. You will provide high-quality clinical care to our clients' pets, work closely with our team, and maintain excellent relationships with clients.

An attractive salary of up to £60,000 (dependent on experience/full-time equivalent) is on offer, along with the opportunity to progress and become a partner in the future. You will also receive a generous CPD allowance, a contributory pension scheme, and in-house career development opportunities.
