As a key member of our regional training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our customers in the South of England. This will involve both face-to-face and online training, with a focus on supporting our customers with their digital transformation journey.

This role is a fixed-term position, lasting 12 months. During this time, you will be required to travel to deliver onsite training to our customers, as well as work on ad-hoc projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver onsite training to our customers, focusing on their specific needs and technical abilities.
  • Develop and deliver online training content, ensuring it is engaging and effective.
  • Work closely with our customers to understand their training needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with our product team to ensure our training content is aligned with our product roadmap.

Requirements:

  • Experience of delivering both face-to-face and remote product training.
  • A full UK driving licence and own transport is essential for this role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt training content to meet users' needs and technical abilities.
  • Quick thinking and problem-solving skills, with a calm and composed demeanor.
