A leading business in the gambling space is seeking a Global Head of Analytics and BI to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for heading up and growing the company's data and analytics capabilities.

THE COMPANY

The business specializes in taking data from websites and their partners to build new products for their gambling clients. With over 100 million customers, the company is growing rapidly and is looking to enhance their data and analytics function.

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement an analytics strategy to support the business roadmap
  • Lead and manage a team of data analysts and data scientists
  • Collect data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
  • Identify strategic opportunities for improvement
  • Support forecasting and financial planning with data and insights
  • Collaborate with teams to define KPIs, develop dashboards, and reports to track and monitor performance against these metrics
  • Focus on improving data analysis capabilities
  • Collaborate with the data engineering team to ensure data infrastructure, systems, and tools are optimized

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong background in Business Intelligence and Analytics
  • Strong technical background in data
  • Proven track-record leading teams of 8+ people
  • Background in gambling or gaming sectors
