Job Description
  • Principal Planning Officer: Lead and manage planning applications, ensuring alignment with our local plan and government regulations.
  • Heritage Officer: Protect and promote the cultural heritage of Cheshire East, advising on conservation and restoration projects.
  • Planning Officers: Assess and determine planning applications, contributing to the creation of vibrant and sustainable communities.
  • Strategic Planning Assistant / Career Grade: Support senior planners in developing and implementing our local plan, providing analytical insights to inform decision-making.
  • Heritage Assistant / Career Grade: Work alongside heritage experts to preserve and promote the historical significance of Cheshire East's landmarks and buildings.
  • Planning Assistants / Career Grade: Collaborate with teams to process planning applications, maintain records, and provide excellent customer service.
