Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Cost Manager to join our team at Vistry Group in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all costs related to our residential housing development projects.

The successful candidate will have experience working within the construction industry, specifically in residential housing development, and possess excellent analytical, communication, and IT skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all costs related to our residential housing development projects
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Land, Development, and Construction, to advise on cost implications
  • Prepare and review tenders, contracts, and payment schedules
  • Analyze and reconcile costs, identifying areas for cost savings and optimization
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers

  • Competitive basic salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum
