We are seeking a motivated trainee to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for finance and a desire to learn and grow with the company.

  • Budgeting and Financial Reporting: Collaborate with the finance department to prepare and analyze budgets and financial reports.
  • Cost Control: Develop and implement cost control processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Accounting Requirements: Assist with month-end close procedures, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Data Analysis: Provide insights and recommendations to senior management using data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Teamwork: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is highly beneficial.
  • Accountancy Qualification: Studying towards an accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is essential.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in financial software and MS Office and SAP is highly beneficial.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent analytical, decision-making, and management skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
