Kitchen Specialist

We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our team at Parkdean Resorts.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, where you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes for our guests.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate excellent culinary skills, including cooking techniques, presentation, and menu planning.

You will work closely with our Head Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure that our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently, meeting the highest standards of quality and safety.

This role offers a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as up to 50% off holidays with us and 25% off holidays for friends and family.

• Taking deliveries, storing food items, and completing temperature checks.

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment.
• Excellent culinary skills, including cooking techniques, presentation, and menu planning.
• Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
