Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Restructuring Delivery Associate to join our newly created Restructuring Delivery Team. As a key member of the team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of high-quality insolvency processes and contributing to the team's overall success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the delivery of insolvency processes across various seats, ensuring compliance with standard procedures and relevant regulations.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and effective communication.
  • Develop relationships with colleagues within the Restructuring Advisory Team and other RSM service lines to support the delivery of team objectives.
  • Manage and train junior team members, including graduate and school leavers, to ensure their development and growth.
  • Deliver on-the-job training and coaching to team members.
  • Communicate regularly with the RDT Lead on key objectives, performance, and team capacity.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory deadlines and identify risk issues for prompt resolution.
  • Complete and submit timesheets and billing within deadlines and budgets.
  • Stay up-to-date with insolvency and relevant legislation.
  • Attend staff meetings and training as required.
Requirements
  • Experience in Restructuring Advisory and/or Insolvency in a similar role, with a strong understanding of corporate insolvency processes.
  • Proficient user of case management systems, such as IPS or similar.
  • Strong technical knowledge of insolvency and ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Good time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple commitments.
  • Strong commitment to high-quality delivery within agreed timeframes and a desire to develop and train junior team members.
