Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor

About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified solicitor with extensive Commercial Property experience to join our team at Sacco Mann. As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be responsible for running your own caseload with minimal supervision, handling matters such as Acquisitions and disposals, property development, property investment and management, landlord and tenant matters, agricultural property and alternative land uses, and finance and secured lending.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-quality caseload with minimal supervision
  • Handle a range of Commercial Property matters, including Acquisitions and disposals, property development, property investment and management, landlord and tenant matters, agricultural property and alternative land uses, and finance and secured lending
  • Work closely with colleagues and clients to deliver excellent results

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with at least 3-4+ PQE
  • Extensive Commercial Property experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for Commercial Property law
