About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Device Administration Professional to join our team at TRS Consulting. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in service administration and excellent analytical skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer needs and provide administrative support to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Prepare purchase orders and quotes to meet customer requirements.
  • Manage stock levels and source spare parts to maintain efficient operations.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and coordinate return services to head office.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in service administration, preferably in the medical devices industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Salary Range

The salary for this position is expected to be in the range of £26,000 to £30,000 per annum, based on experience.
