Secondary School SEN Director

We are seeking an experienced Secondary School SEN Director to join our dynamic team at a highly regarded Secondary School in Hammersmith & Fulham. As SEN Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing staff to provide high-quality support to students with SEN.
About the Role- The successful candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), a proven track record in improving attendance and attainment for students with SEN, and a National SENCo Award or be in the process of obtaining it.
- They will also have experience in supporting students with SEN conditions such as ASD, ADHD, ODD, and knowledge of child development.
The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively across departments to ensure seamless support for students and develop initiatives to improve attendance, achievement, and well-being for all students, particularly those with SEN.
Key Responsibilities- Leading and managing staff to provide high-quality support to students with SEN.

Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include MPS/UPS Inner London + SEN Allowance, OFSTED Rating 'Good' with Outstanding features, and excellent CPD opportunities.
