We are seeking a qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our Bright Horizons Colchester Day Nursery and Preschool team. The nursery will be a stunning 108 place setting in a beautiful purpose-built setting, featuring spacious rooms and garden areas perfect for outdoor teaching and learning.
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and implementing engaging activities tailored to each child's needs, promoting their development towards key milestones. You will also develop and maintain strong parent/carer partnerships, ensuring child welfare, protection, health, and safety, and safeguarding.
