Role Overview

Gamma is a leading provider of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) solutions. We are seeking an experienced Head of Digital Performance and Growth to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving data-driven marketing strategies to maximise ROI and achieve specific business performance goals. This role focuses on optimising digital marketing efforts across paid, owned, and earned media channels to support customer acquisition, increase conversion rates, and elevate brand awareness.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, user acquisition, and brand awareness across multiple routes to market.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of paid media campaigns, including paid search (PPC), programmatic display, and paid social, ensuring that all activities are optimised for maximum ROMI.
  • Manage and optimise organic acquisition efforts across owned and earned media channels, ensuring that content, SEO, link building, and social media strategies contribute effectively to overall marketing performance.
  • Leverage advanced analytics and data-driven insights to refine campaign targeting, optimise conversion rates, and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue, user acquisition, and brand awareness through paid, owned, and earned media channels.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and optimising large-scale digital marketing campaigns across multiple regions.
  • Deep knowledge of effective in-house SEO strategy, including link building programmes, on-page optimisation, conversion rate optimisation, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
  • Strong background in data-driven marketing, with expertise in using analytics to inform and optimise marketing strategies.
