The Role

We're looking for a Commercial Analytics & Insights Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team.

You'll work closely with the Senior Commercial Operations and Analytics Lead, providing quantitative input, analysis, and models to back up business decisions.

Aim to improve user experience and revenue generation by:

  • Building ad-hoc reports and dashboards on request from sales teams and managers
  • Creating analytics reports to help team members analyse pain points and support decision-making
  • Supporting pricing strategies and optimising revenue
  • Contributing to quarterly and yearly strategic planning
  • Owning MBR and Board deck creation and validation
  • Completing data reconciliation to ensure consistency across platforms
  • Providing daily, weekly, and monthly data inputs requiring manual intervention
  • Assisting the Senior Commercial Operations and Analytics Lead in using data to optimise commercial processes and revenue generation.
About You

We're seeking a self-starter with excellent data analysis and business modelling knowledge and experience.

Requirements include:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within Fintech or startups
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Good understanding of KPIs related to sales performance and product growth
