Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum

Job Description:
As a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting students with complex needs and disabilities in a specialist SEN school. You will work closely with the class teacher and other teaching assistants to deliver tailored support and interventions to meet the individual needs of each student. This may include physical support, communication assistance, and delivery of sensory curriculum-based learning activities.

About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant Specialist. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to students with complex needs and disabilities, working closely with the class teacher and other teaching assistants to develop and implement individualized support plans. If you have experience working with children with disabilities or SEN, and are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored support and interventions to meet the individual needs of each student
- Work closely with the class teacher and other teaching assistants to develop and implement individualized support plans
- Provide physical support, communication assistance, and delivery of sensory curriculum-based learning activities
- Promote happiness, self-reliance, and encourage positive interactions among students
- Happy to carry out personal care including changing and hoists
