Counselling Specialist - Nationwide Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Counselling Specialist to join our team, providing telephone counselling services to children and young adults across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to make a difference in people's lives while advancing their clinical career.

As a Counselling Specialist, you will deliver high-quality support to clients, working within Bupa policies and procedures. You will be responsible for conducting mental health triage assessments, assessing and managing risk, and adhering to professional standards and regulatory frameworks.

This role offers a competitive salary of £36,500 per annum, based on full-time hours, with part-time options available pro rata. In addition to your salary, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:

You will be a recognised Counselling diploma holder (Level 4) or higher, BACP Accredited, with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience and 2+ years of experience in Children and Young People (CYP Mental Health) / CAMHS services. A strong understanding of IT systems, particularly MS Office packages, is also essential.
