We are seeking an adaptable and friendly individual with experience supporting children with SEN to join our team at Academics. As a HLTA, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic school environment where every day is different and exciting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting children with SEN in a collaborative and inclusive environment
- Working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans
- Providing one-to-one support and small group instruction to students with varying needs
- Assisting with lesson planning and preparation, as well as maintaining accurate records of student progress
Requirements:
- Experience working as a teaching assistant or holding a level 5 CACHE qualification
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced school environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
