Your Role

As a Bar Support Staff, you will be an integral part of our team, engaging and connecting with a wide range of guests from different backgrounds. You will have prior experience as a Bar Back, ideally gained in a similar 'Lifestyle' boutique hotel, destination cocktail bar, or similar busy city bar. In addition to those with experience, we are actively seeking candidates with a diverse range of lifestyle skills and welcome applications from those in the arts, music, and entertainment industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist bartenders and servers with drink preparation, serving, and clearing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service and high-quality guest experience.
  • Be highly social, motivated, and proactive, acting with professionalism and positivity in all interactions.
  • Availability full-time with a flexible schedule, Tuesday-Saturday, and able to work late-night shifts.
