Experienced Chef de Partie to Enhance Our Kitchen Brigade

This prestigious Hotel, boasting a 2AA Rosette award-winning Restaurant, is seeking an accomplished Chef de Partie to join its esteemed kitchen brigade.

The Executive Chef and his team foster strong relationships with local farmers and fishermen, ensuring menus are consistently fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced.

Main Responsibilities of this Chef de Partie position include:

  1. To maintain day-to-day procedures
  2. Plan and execute the day-to-day running of sections in the kitchen
  3. Direct communication with the kitchen team
  4. Conduct quality checks on stock, produce, and dishes

Requirements for this esteemed Chef de Partie role are:

  1. Prior experience working in a 1AA Rosette establishment
  2. A passion for culinary innovation
  3. Exceptional communication skills with colleagues and guests
  4. The ability to remain composed and focused during peak service periods
  5. Leadership experience in a section/s and a strong team player
  6. Contributing fresh ideas and expertise

This is a permanent position.
