Commercial Gas Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to join our client, a leading Commercial Heating Contractor based in Leeds. The successful candidate will travel throughout the North East, primarily Newcastle-upon-Tyne and surrounding areas, to attend commercial breakdown, repair, and service work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service, repair, and maintain gas appliances and systems in commercial properties
  • Identify and diagnose problems with gas appliances and systems
  • Replace or repair gas appliances and systems as needed
  • Perform regular maintenance on gas appliances and systems to ensure they are operating safely and efficiently
  • Assist with installation projects
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in plumbing and heating
  • ACS Commercial Gas Tickets
  • Based in the North East
  • Full UK Driving License
Remuneration:
  • Salary £40,000 - £45,000 (Expected earning £65,000 - £70,000)
  • Overtime available
