**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Bereavement Services Team as a Crematorium Assistant. This part-time role involves providing administrative support to the Cemeteries and Memorial Teams, including logging queries, liaising with team members, and maintaining databases.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing an efficient first point of contact for inquiries and complaints
  • Liaising with team members to resolve issues and provide administrative support
  • Maintaining databases and records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, such as minute-taking and diary organization

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-oriented services, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and manage diaries.

**What We Offer**

Cyngor Caerdydd/Cardiff Council offers a competitive salary of £17,015 to £18,425 per annum (pro-rata), depending on hours worked. We also offer a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive work environment.
