We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team at Roke. As a key member of our engineering community, you will be responsible for designing and delivering large-scale, multi-disciplinary solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' business needs and technical requirements.
- Design and implement complex solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform solution design.
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or equivalent role.
- Strong technical skills in software development, architecture, and engineering.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.

Due to the nature of this role, we require you to be eligible to achieve SC clearance. As a result, you should be a British Citizen and have resided in the UK for the last 5 years.
