Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Senior PPC Specialist to deliver paid advertising campaigns across a variety of client accounts and industries.
You will collaborate with Strategic Account Managers to provide account reviews, audits, and research, which will inform paid media strategies. You will then work on delivering the strategy and reporting back to the client.
- Provide knowledge leadership, training, and support within the Paid Media team.
- Aid Strategic Account Managers in creating paid advertising strategies.
- Perform client, market, and competitor research and analysis.
- Deliver high-performing paid advertising campaigns aligned with agreed strategies and briefs.
- Create accurate forecasts that meet client expectations and achievable KPIs.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide recommendations for improving traffic and ROI.
- Produce insightful client reports with actionable feedback and recommendations.
- Aid the Head of Paid Media in monitoring output quality and provide feedback and recommendations.
This is a challenging role requiring strong analytical skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of recent PPC and social advertising experience, including managing large-budget accounts across multiple markets.
Requirements- At least 3 years of recent PPC and Social advertising experience, ideally in EMEA, North America, LATAM, or APAC.
- A self-starter with strong follow-through orientation and commercial awareness.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and identify opportunities and threats in client accounts.
- Experience in training, motivating, and supporting colleagues.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Experience using multiple paid advertising platforms.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal skills, and positive attitude.
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
