Job Opportunity for a Registered Nurse

A prestigious care home in Thetford, Norfolk, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their team. As a key member of the healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents with varying needs.

This purpose-built care home offers a supportive and dynamic work environment, with a strong focus on resident-centered care. The ideal candidate will possess a current active NMC Pin and a proven track record of delivering exceptional nursing care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of residents' needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Administer medication and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines and company policies.
  • Collaborate with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Report any changes in residents' health and request medical attention when necessary.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience working in a care setting, with a strong focus on resident-centered care.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • 1+ year NMC registration.
  • Strong time management and leadership abilities.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work.
