Candidates are sought for the position of Technical Visitor Administrator at CK Group, where they will play a crucial role in managing Third-Party Contractors working on laboratory equipment at a client site in Stevenage.

About the Job

The successful candidate will work primarily at one of our client sites in Stevenage, providing administrative support for Third-Party Contractors working on laboratory equipment.

  • You will be responsible for managing all activities related to equipment supported across the site, ensuring customer procedures are followed in relation to Health and Safety.
  • You will also be responsible for coordinating with contractors to maintain compliance with work order closure as per guidelines and contractual metrics.
Responsibilities and Requirements

The Technical Visitor Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring Risk Assessments and Method Statements are in place for all Third Party Contractors.
  • Completing Permit to Work procedures with cooperation from all departments.
  • Providing documentation to contractors from the CMMS database.
  • Performing security vetting checks on visiting contractors.
  • Reporting scheduling failures to local schedulers and customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with CMMS databases and proficiency in Microsoft office packages, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Estimated salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.
