As a SEND Teaching Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in achieving their academic, social, and emotional potential. Working closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals, you will provide individualized support to students, helping them overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

About the Role:

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEND
  • Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support students in achieving their goals
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop effective strategies for supporting students with SEND
  • Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive school culture that values diversity and promotes social-emotional learning

Requirements:
