Academic Support Specialist

Overview: We are seeking highly motivated and qualified Teachers to join our team as supply cover for various primary schools in the Skegness area. This is an excellent opportunity for Early Career Teachers to gain experience and build their confidence in a supportive environment.
About the Role: Our partner schools are looking for Teachers who can start after half term. As a supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work across all years and gain experience in different schools and settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality teaching and learning to students across various year groups.
- Work collaboratively with other Teachers, support staff, and outside agencies to deliver effective educational programs.
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Meet the requirements of the vacancies, including a recognised teaching qualification, relevant Key Stage teaching experience, and a willingness to learn.
Requirements: We are looking for Teachers who possess the following qualities:
- A recognised teaching qualification or working towards: PGCE / QTS (or the equivalent).
- The ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
- Relevant Key Stage teaching experience (including placements).
- A willingness to learn every step of the way.
- Understanding of the relevant curriculum.
- The ability to work effectively in a team of Teachers, support staff, and outside agencies.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to get one.
