About the Role

You will be responsible for providing exceptional care that is tailored to the individual needs of the people we support. This will involve helping them engage in meaningful opportunities and activities, getting involved in the community, and supporting during leisure and social activities.

  • Provide support that enables people to develop life skills and independence.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure effective communication and support.
  • Engage in learning and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

About Our Service

Deansbrook is a peaceful and relaxed home in the Essex Countryside, surrounded by nature. Our service offers shared communal spaces for people to gain independence and learn daily living skills, as well as larger spaces for activities and socialising.
