About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Support Specialist to join our team at The Config Team. As a key member of our Config Team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional support and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level support for SAP Basis configuring, monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting, as well as completing installations, upgrades, and maintenance of SAP systems.
  • Liaise with 3rd parties on issue resolution as required.
  • Continually monitor and complete team tasks and activities to ensure prompt delivery of the highest standard.
  • Assist with client workshops and requirement gathering sessions, as well as coordinate and deliver client demonstrations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technology and best practices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience with SAP Basis configuring, monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting, as well as completing installations, upgrades, and maintenance of SAP systems.
  • Experience with SAP Security & Authorisations (SAP S&A) is highly advantageous.
