Insurance Sales Advisor Role

RMS is seeking a skilled Insurance Sales Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on various insurance products, including life cover, serious/critical illness cover, military kit insurance, home insurance, personal accident cover, travel insurance, mortgages, and will writing.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct group presentations to generate leads and expand our client base.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing policy information.
  • Research and analyze insurance market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Assist clients in selecting insurance policies that best meet their needs.
  • Administer sales processes, including preparing quotes, processing applications, and managing policy renewals.
  • Manage your area and ensure efficient face-to-face business deployment for continued activity.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service with a focus on building relationships.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and make recommendations.
  • Possess a vehicle and hold a full UK driving license.
  • Ideally, an understanding of the military or a background in financial services.
