Toolmaker Craftsman

About the Role:

As a skilled Toolmaker Craftsman, you will work in our busy tool room environment, utilizing your expertise in traditional toolmaking techniques to produce high-quality components to engineering drawings.

Main Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain tool room equipment, including milling machines, lathes, and surface grinders.
• Produce precision components to exacting standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and output.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, including works order paperwork and ERP system updates.
• Adhere to our company's safety culture policy and report any hazards or near misses.
