Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contacting a high-volume, existing account base to establish, build, and maintain relationships via phone and video.
  • Understanding client needs, identifying growth opportunities, presenting, and closing with a relevant and bespoke solution.
  • Interpreting and explaining customer performance data using internal tools to add value and demonstrate ROI.
  • Achieving weekly KPIs and performance metrics relevant to business requirements, including telephone meetings, quarterly contact rate, revenue, and retention.
  • Delivering new Rightmove initiatives and business campaigns to customers.
  • Identifying and conducting relevant product and service training with customers to support the relationship.
  • Being the point of contact to answer customer queries, resolve problems, and provide solutions.
  • Recording information in relevant databases and ensuring CRM's are kept up to date.
  • Liaising with internal teams to build internal relationships and deliver the best outcomes for customers.
  • Regularly sharing learnings with colleagues and key stakeholders internally to enhance service and product offering.
  • Preparing and planning customer base, weekly priorities, retention strategies, and growth opportunities.
  • Forecasting and tracking client account metrics.
