About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our management team as a Team Facilitator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting frontline staff to deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support frontline staff to deliver person-centred care and support
  • Develop and implement robust service designs, support strategies, and risk assessments
  • Effective communication with individuals, staff teams, families, and external care professionals
  • Manage individual budgets and resources
  • Provide training and development opportunities for staff

Requirements

  • Experience working with adults and children with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism, and physical support needs
  • SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Strong facilitation skills and ability to effectively communicate with individuals and staff teams
